Kirp Studio owns all software, AI models, branding, and underlying technology used to provide the Services.

Clients fully own all AI-generated outputs they create using the Services. Clients are free to use, reproduce, and distribute outputs for any purpose.

Any other content you provide remains your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Kirp Studio is not responsible for any consequences of using AI outputs.

We do not guarantee continuous, error-free access to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirp Studio’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms or at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Services will end, but you retain full ownership of AI outputs generated prior to termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless parties agree otherwise.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kirp Studio regarding the Services.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains enforceable.
